+Paul G Do you know the temperature of Venus at the altitude (55km) of one bar pressure?
Its a mite too cold considering there's over 2,750W/m^2 don't you think.
Compress any gas to 90 bar at 35C and you will find it reaches around 565C. duh!
I read http://www.skepticalscience.com/Planetary_Greenhouse.html and a few other things.

But I was wondering if anyone would care to speak to this particular statement?
