Wiki might be useful, Sou, but it would depend on what kind of infrastructure you want to build if you go for that. This whole place looks more of a forum than a chat, so it's already somewhat suitable for gathering information; each thread could simply be a specific topic.
Note that I am not advising against a wiki.
However are those that are in a position of not open to other views going to look.
I usually just try the links from for instance.

You'll need to create a separate account to log into the wiki, and you'll be sent a password by email.
I'm still figuring out how the wiki works. In time, there'll be more pages and a proper table of contents. For now, the only page in the Contents is the climate references page. (No longer true.)
In this case the Climate and Weather forum would be the best place to start a discussion to share resources. There's also the wiki, which I've linked to in the comment above.
BTW I've moved this thread to the Climate and Weather forum because it has already got some comments with links
I've been working for a few days on a blog post going more deeply into the anthrax outbreak in Russia, and responding to Jim Steele's attempt on WUWT to attribute it to anything other than climate change.

Feel free to comment, there or here. And feel free to tell me I'm announcing this in the wrong thread.
I've yet to add a section for individual science papers, but plan to do that - just for ones like the Royer paper and similar.
